Barney Brienza brings his Master of Fine Arts degree to the students of The University of Montana Western along with his host of talents. His hands-on techniques give the students only the best in artistic education, whether it's in Glassblowing, Ceramics, Blacksmithing or Jewelry Making.
In addition to his educational background, Professor Brienza also brings hand-on experience into the studio. Participating in shows for the last 35 years and winning multiple awards in a multitude of formats, Professor Brienza uses his "real world" experience to educate beyond the classroom. Professor Brienza has also conducted numerous workshops of his own in the U.S. and abroad for the last 25+ years.
