PLUS Loan Processing

To receive a PLUS Loan at The University of Montana - Western, you must complete the following steps:

• Has your child been accepted into an eligible program at UM-Western?
• Has your child applied for federal financial aid through the FAFSA form? Has it been processed and the results received at Western?
• Has your child received a financial aid award letter for the 2008-2009 school year?
• Have you completed a Pre-Approval for the PLUS Loan?
